We appreciate your feedback on the manner in which we provide goods, services and facilities to persons with disabilities.  ELRL has a Customer Feedback form which allows tenants, residents, guests or prospective tenants an opportunity to relay information concerning the accessibility of our goods, services and facilities.

Customer Feedback Forms are available from our Compliance Officer (see below for contact details), or can be viewed by clicking on the link above.  Completed forms may be returned to the Compliance Officer in person, by fax, by email or by diskette.  Feedback may also be provided directly to the Compliance Officer via telephone.

Documents may be provided in a format that takes into account the disability of the person making such request.
