Throughout its history, Elliot Lake Retirement Living has helped diversify the local economy, while providing an exceptional quality of life for the many retirees who have come to call it home.

Elliot Lake Retirement Living has provided support, both financially and with its resources, to the following organizations and initiatives over the last 30 years, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Acquisition of 64 long term bed facility, St. Joseph’s Manor
  • Development of many event based activities including the highly successful Drag Races
As part of our ongoing commitment to health care in the community ELRL provides accommodations for NOSOM students and residents, as well as an apartment for Locums ( replacement doctors).  We actively support the efforts of the Physician Recruitment Committee by providing free housing for a year for new physicians to the community.
